Good Lunch Box includes all the essential elements children need to learn, focus, and grow:
All meals follow a balanced plate model, respecting age-appropriate portions and nutrient needs.
Absolutely no:
• artificial colours or flavours
• artificial sweeteners
• unnecessary additives
• refined sugar in mains
• deep-frying
• sausages, hot dogs, or ultra-processed meats
• peanuts or tree nuts
• canola or palm oils
We prioritise olive oil and sunflower oil, seasonal vegetables and fruit, and wholesome ingredient choices like wholemeal flour and legume flours.
A balanced lunchbox helps them:

Healthy eating becomes easier when it’s fun.
Our menus expose children to a wide range of tastes, colours and textures: the “eat the rainbow” approach, encouraging curiosity and positive habits.
